Video on Demand does not work on Safari Please set "Preferences" -> "Privacy" -> "Block cookies" to "Never",
Connectivity Please make sure you are using a wired connection either in the office or via VPN. WTS and wireless connections are not supported.
Proxy Settings (Within SAP Network) You need to have the automatic proxy configuration script configured to "http://proxy:8083".
Audio Please check the volume control within the player. The volume settings are being saved locally and will be available for all videos. And please also consider that WTS does not support audio.
Quality If you are experiencing quality issues, please make sure your computer has resources available. Therefore close all other computing intensive applications as well as the browser and reopen the browser with only one active tab. If this does not help, try to restart the computer to also close applications that are possibly running in the background.
